Ross Sullivan – Sports Development Director

Ross has a wide range of sporting experience, both as a player, coach and teacher. From an early age he was involved in a range of sports including cricket, football, hockey and athletics and later volleyball. Ross played competitive volleyball well into his late 40s, but these days coaching is his focus and passion.

He has held numerous coaching positions, ranging from Head Coach of the Victorian Junior Program to national level positions with the Australian Junior Program and Senior Women’s Program. He has domestic and international experience, including the USA (NCAA) Europe and Asia. Ross has presented at FIVB Courses as well as holding an FIVB accreditation.


Chau Le – Technical Director

Chau leads the technical development at PERANA SPORTS and has more than 25 years of software engineering experience. During his career he has worked with diverse technologies, providing expertise to some of the world’s most successful companies including BHP Billiton, GlaxoSmithKline, EA Sports and Atex.

Chau is currently a member of the coaching panel of the Australian Women’s Volleyball team and has worked closely with a number of Australian Volleyball teams over the years. Chau has provided his expertise to the Australian Beach and Indoor programs from Youth to Seniors. Chau has also worked with a number of sports, including tennis and cricket to develop software to suit their needs.


Bill McHoul – Business Development Director

Bill has a long association with volleyball at club, national and international level. Bill is an active coach with his club, the Melbourne Falcons and has coached a number of school teams at the National Schools Cup. Bill has also served Volleyball Australia in a number of Head Coaching and managerial roles with both the VTAM and VTAW Programs. Bill is also a qualified FIVB Coach and manages the Kew Volleyball Centre.
