Add tags to play lists

1. Slide the tag to be added to the play list to the left
2. Tap Play list button
3. If a play list has not been selected then select one from the popped up list of play lists. Currently selected play list name is shown on panel
4. Or alternatively, tap Play list selection button to select a play list or switch to another one
